Who we are

Sons of Gotham is an officially licensed pop culture apparel store based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. We sell t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops and home goods for hundreds of franchises: DC Comics heroes like Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, Star Trek, Sesame Street, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, AC/DC, Elvis Presley, Atari, Garfield, Scooby Doo, the U.S. armed forces and many more. Every design is approved by the licensor, which is also why we cannot alter or customize artwork.

What we carry

The catalog runs to about 89,000 products across more than 350 licensed brands. The largest ranges are Star Trek with about 10,100 products, Batman with about 10,000, Superman with about 5,550 and Elvis Presley with about 2,940. Because each design is listed separately for every style and size range it is printed on, one piece of artwork usually appears as several products, so the number of designs is much smaller than the number of products.

Printed to order in the USA

Each item is printed when you order it, directly onto the garment, so the design will not fade, crack or peel after washing. Nothing is held as pre-printed stock, which is what makes a catalog this wide possible. Apparel orders are processed in 1 business day and ship free anywhere in the US, arriving in 4 to 6 days. Home goods such as pillows, bandanas and tote bags are made to order in 5 to 7 business days. Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days.

Styles and sizes

Most designs come as a men's regular fit tee in sizes S to 5XL, and many are also printed as premium slim fit, V-neck, tall fit, heather, long sleeve, tank, black back and all-over print tees, crewneck sweatshirts and pullover hoodies, plus women's, juniors, youth (8 to 12), kids (4 to 7), toddler and baby bodysuit sizes. Bandanas, throw pillows, body pillows, pillow cases, tote bags and accessory pouches carry many of the same designs.

How licensing works here

Every design we sell comes from a licensed property, and every piece of artwork is approved by that property's licensor before it goes on a garment. That is the reason we cannot recolor a design, move it to a different placement, or combine two properties on one shirt, and it is also the reason the artwork is period-accurate rather than an approximation. Sons of Gotham Inc. is not affiliated with or authorized by any of the entertainment properties it sells. All products are manufactured by official licensees.
